Sayer Clinics is open at our Kensington W8 clinic. Our W1 and City clinics are currently closed.
We are taking all precautions in accordance with government guidelines. Appointments are made and paid online via our website.
In order to make online bookings, patients will need to tick a self-declaration form online confirming that they do not have any Covid-19 symptoms, a raised temperature, have not been in contact with anyone with Covid-19 symptoms in the last 14 days and are not in a high-risk group for infection.
New patients will need to e-mail us their full medical history in advance of their initial consultation appointment and current patients need to email us on their progress to minimise talking during consultation or treatment.
Fresh air will circulate by keeping the windows and doors open, whenever possible.
Patients should attend the appointment alone and enter the clinic no more than 5 minutes before the appointment time. If there are others in the waiting room, please wait outside.
Patients requiring a chaperone will not be treated.
Patients should arrive wearing their own masks and gloves which they will bin on arrival or bring a plastic bag if you want to reuse them.
Patients need to use hand sanitiser and put on gloves and a mask provided by the clinic.
Patients should wear loose comfortable clothing to minimise the use of gowns
Your temperature will be checked on arrival with a no-contact digital thermometer. If over 38°C you will be asked to go straight home and self-isolate. An Oximeter may be used to monitor your pulse rate and blood oxygen level.
Treatment is performed by a practitioner wearing appropriate PPE.
Treatment appointments are staggered to allow time to properly disinfect the clinic between patients.
