Clara graduated in Physiotherapy from the Escola Superior de Tecnologias da Saude do Porto, Gaia, Portugal.
Not only is Clara an incredible hands-on physical therapist but also an amazing and intuitive massage therapist with experience in treating all muscle, joint, tendon, ligament injuries, musculo-skeletal pain, back and neck pain .
She is expert in myofascial trigger point therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, shiatsu, foot reflexology, acupressure and chinese massage (Tui Na).
She perfected her Swedish, deep tissue massage and body sculpting at the Steiner Training Academy and studied CranioSacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute in Portugal and London.

Agata Pujsza
Master of Physiotherapy
Agata Pujsza received her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2005 and her Masters degree in Physiotherapy in 2009 at the Medical University of Gdansk.
Agata practices at Sayer Clinic: Kensington with massage & rehabilitation techniques including Deep Tissue Remedial, Sports massage, myofascial trigger point therapy, Swedish massage and physical therapy / physiotherapy modalities.
Her holistic approach to soft tissue rehabilitation complements the high standard of chiropractic care at Sayer Clinics and is also very beneficial on its own.
In recognition of the importance of life long learning Agata has furthered her skills with additional training from the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Association specialising in segmental muscle and pelvic stabilisation. Agata also has several years experience working in multidisciplinary settings with medical professionals and her patients benefit from collaborative referrals with the chiropractors and osteopaths at Sayer Clinics.
