Michael has conducted important research at IOMS, the Institute of Musculoskeletal Science at RNOH, Stanmore and is currently writing-up 7 years of his ground-breaking research at University College London's Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health (GOSICH) aiming to increase tibial and femoral long-bone growth in children with significant leg-length discrepancy, using high frequency  - low amplitude vibration.
Durtnall is the chiropractic pioneer in Saudi Arabia as visiting consultant to the Saudi Royal Family: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
